Two-Night Cross-fit Escape

Mind and Body Multi-Sport Fitness Escape activities include:

Daily Cross-Fitness – type of fitness exercise is varied for each session.  Sessions are outdoors as much as possible to take advantage of the rejuvenating power of nature.  Session intensity levels are calibrated to individual needs.

Daily mindfulness.

Morning yoga.

Healthy simple meals featuring local seasonal ingredients and a good balance of proteins, greens and healthy fats.

Free afternoons, with time to relax and opportunities for Private Fitness Training, Massage and Re-Alignment Conversations with escape mindset counselors. Masage and private fitness and counseling sessions entail a supplemental per session fee.  Female and Male massage therapists are available.  Escape mindset counselors listen and suggest but are not licensed therapists.

A sound bath.

Opportunities for intimate moments with other Escape participants where the emphasis is simply on sharing and listening.  

In-Château wine tasting (with tea tastings provided as an alternative).

In-Château evening live music.

Time to socialize with those who share a similar interest in getting and staying fit, de-stressing and living well and living long.
