Day One - Arrival

  • Evening Arrival - Starting at 17H30 (Early Arrivals Possible Subject to Request),   Guests may arrive late if they wish.  Activities on arrival evening are all optional.
  • Dinner in château – casual dining – buffet 
  • Group Welcome 
  • De-Compress Mindfulness Session
  • Socialize/ Relax/ Sleep

Day Two

  • Coffee/ Tea and Buffet Breakfast Available Early to Mid-Morning
  • Early Morning Meditation
  • Brief Introduction to Key Concepts of Live Well - Live Long 3D Wellness
  • Morning Run on Quiet Country Roads surrounding the Château- 10K (Alternate routes available for those wishing a longer run).
  • Lunch in Château
  • Afternoon Cross-Fitness Training on Château estate grounds
  • Afternoon Relaxation - Time Allowed for Individual Private Massage, Private Fitness and Private Mindset/ Self-Discovery Talk Sessions (fee supplement applies for individual sessions)
  • Late Afternoon Mindfulness and Discussion on the Latest Science Around Longevity and Healthy Practices, for Mind and Body, to Increase Well-Being in Later Decades of Life
  • Wine Tasting in Château
  • Dinner in Château dining room with Wine Pairings
  • Sound Bath
  • Socialize/ Relax/ Sleep

Day Three

  • Coffee/ Tea and Buffet Breakfast Available Early to Mid-Morning
  • Morning Run on Quiet Country Roads surrounding the Château- 10K (Alternate routes available for those wishing a longer run).
  • Late Morning Sensory Walk in the Chateau Gardens and Forests
  • Lunch in Château - Presentation on Best Practices for Eating and Exercise for Longevity
  • Cross-Fitness Group Stretching and Training
  • Afternoon Relaxation - Time Allowed for Individual Private Massage and Private Fitness 
  • 17h00 departure for Saint Emillion - UNESCO designated pilgrimage village and wine center – transportation arranged
  • Free Time to Discover Village
  • 18h00 chocolate making talk and welcome by in-village artisanal chocolate maker
  • 19h15 dinner at Michelin star restaurant – three courses – wine and other beverages available for purchase from restaurant menu
  • 22h00 - Transportation back to chateau.

Day Four -  Departure

  • Coffee/ Tea and Pastries Available Early Morning
  • Early Morning Brief Cross-Fitness Training and Run
  • Champagne Brunch
  • Departure 11h00
