Running Escape activities include:

5k to 10k guided run each morning on beautiful backboards over the gentle hills above the château and flat Dordogne river plane below the château.

Group cross fitness training mid to late morning emphasizing light weight training and stretching, with fitness activities in the château, on the château park grounds and in the château's organic walnut orchards.

Afternoons free, providing time for touring of local sites, relaxation, individual massage and 1:1 private fitness training (supplemental fee applies for massage and private fitness training - reservations required before start of escape)

Healthy simple meals in château featuring local seasonal ingredients and a good balance of proteins, greens and carbs.

A gourmet dinner in the wine and pilgrimage village of Saint Emilion.

Ample to de-compress.
