Day One - Arrival

  • Mid to Late Morning Arrival (though guests may arrive later)
  • Light Buffet Lunch
  • Participant Circle with Retreat Leader and Retreat Participant Introductions
  • Yoga - Decompress to Start – Energize to Finish - Intensity of Exercises Varied for Individual Participants According to Skill Levels
  • Break
  • Dinner in chateau – casual dining area – buffet – simple meal
  • De-Compress Mindfulness Session
  • Relax/ Sleep

Day Two

  • Coffee/ Tea and Buffet Breakfast Available Early to Mid-Morning
  • Early Morning Meditation
  • Yoga – Center and Low-Level Intensity - Difficulty of Exercises Varied For Individual Participants According to Skill Levels
  • Break and Free Time
  • Chateau Tour
  • Lunch
  • Afternoon Relaxation - Time Allowed for Journaling and for Individual Private Massage, Private Fitness and Private Mindset/ Self-Discovery Talk Sessions (fee supplement applies for individual sessions)
  • Late Afternoon Mindfulness
  • Wine/ Tea
  • Dinner in chateau dining room with Wine Pairings
  • Sound Bath
  • Socialize/ Relax/ Sleep

Day Three

  • Coffee/ Tea and Buffet Breakfast Available Early to Mid-Morning
  • Early Morning Yoga – Increased Level of Intensity - Difficulty of Exercises Varied For Individual Participants According to Skill Levels
  • Free Time for Remainder of Day until Before Bed Glass of Wine/ Tea in the Salon at 22h30 for those who desire to join after their return
  • Transportation arranged to or to nearby train station for 55 min train to UNESCO designated city of Bordeaux or to Bergerac. Possibility to set up private tours in each location. Simple lunch brought in for guests who want to remain in chateau.  Dinner available (at guest expense) at Pessaquai restaurant in village – walking distance for guests who wish to stay.
  • Post Outing Reunion with Wine and Tea for Those Who Wish to Join
  • Brief Mindfulness session offered for Those Who Wish to Join at 22h30
  • Socialize/ Relax/ Sleep

Day Four

  • Coffee/ Tea and Buffet Breakfast Available Early to Mid-Morning
  • Early Morning Sensory Walk in the Chateau Gardens and Forests
  • Meditation and Yoga in the Chateau’s Cour d’Honneur or Walnut Groves
  • Break and Free Time
  • Lunch
  • Afternoon Relaxation - Time Allowed for Journaling and for Individual Private Massage, Private Fitness and Private Mindset/ Self-Discovery Talk Sessions (fee supplement applies for individual sessions)
  • 17h00 departure for Saint Emillion - UNESCO designated pilgrimage village and wine center – transportation arranged
  • Free Time to Discover Village
  • 18h30 chocolate making talk and welcome by in-village artisanal chocolate maker
  • 19h30 dinner at Michelin star restaurant – three courses – wine available for purchase from restaurant menu
  • 22h00 - Transportation back to chateau.

Day Five

  • Coffee/ Tea and Buffet Breakfast Available Early to Mid-Morning
  • Early Morning Walk on the Chateau Grounds with Silent Meditation at Sunrise
  • Meditation and Yoga in the Chateau’s Cour d’Honneur or Walnut Groves
